Frequently asked questions

When and how do we check-in and check-out?

Once you have made the reservation through the web site, you will receive confirmation e-mail immediately. If you do reservation my e-mail/ phone, you will reserve confirmation and payment details once details have been agreed with Pescator Villa sales. There is no 24 hr reception at our villas. That is why we need to know as accurately as possible your time of arrival. A member of our personnel will meet you at the villa based on the time you inform to hand you the keys, to check traveler personal information and to introduce to the villa. Check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 12.00. Please contact customer service to agree on alternative times.

What payment methods are accepted?

When booking your visit via Pescator Villa web site, you can pay with VISA debit/credit, VISA Electron, Master Card debit/credit and Maestro cards. When booking your visit via contacting Pescator Villas sales by e-mail or phone (sales@pescatorvillas.com or +358 40 523 3337) you can also pay your visit upon your arrival with cards mentioned above, invoice or in rare cases by cash. In these cases, detailed payment terms are agreed with the customer and the seller. With gift baskets, order has to be made when booking the room or no later than 3 days before arrival. If gift basket order is cancelled later than 3 days before arrival, 20 € handling fee will be charged.

Is it possible to book villas for shorter term than 1 day?

Yes, we also rent our villas for shorter meetings. Please contact customer service sales@pescatorvillas.com or call +358 40 523 3337 for additional information.

For how many people there exists cutlery in the villa?

Each villa has cutlery for 24 people. Cooking and serving dish to serve this size of group are also available.

When ordering catering services, what is the minimum size of group they deliver to?

Our cooperation partners serve different groups from few people to tenths of people. Please contact them directly (see Delicious food page) to ask availability of their services. We are also happy to assist you with requests.

For how many people sauna is meant for?

6-8 people.

What kind of audio system villas have?

There is a radio in every villa. Each villa also features a chest with high profile audio system. With bluetooth connection you are linked with web and you can play your favorite music.

Is it possible to have a projector and flip chart for business meetings?

Yes, we are happy to provide necessary equipment to host a business meeting.

Is it possible to order guided tours/ trips in the region?

Yes, our cooperation partners can arrange wide variety of tours for you. Please contact us and tell what sort of tours you are interested in (lake activities, forest visit, bike tours, local sightseeing spots etc.) Sales@pescatorvillas.com or +358 40 523 3337.
